KPAC has teamed with AthElite PPC Strength Coach and Physical Therapist to provide professional, safe and effective training evaluations for each gymnast. In a joint effort to create a safe training environment, AthElite and KPAC uphold the safety of Gymnasts and all Athletes in the highest regard.

AthElite PPC is located at 2809 Amity Hill Rd in Statesville, Inside of KPAC. The expert staff at AthElite consists of college degreed Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches and Doctors of Physical Therapy. AthElite offers Sports Performance Training, Adult Fitness Training, Kettle Bell Classes and Physical Therapy.
Sports Performance Training:
The Sports Performance Program begins with Individual Evaluation and Assessments for each athlete to determine strengths/weaknesses, and imbalances to identify the athletes’ needs. Training is usually completed in small groups but still addresses specific corrections. During the challenging training with the AthElite Coaches, athletes learn the importance of correct lifting, running, jumping and landing techniques to insure injury reduction. They will be tested regularly to chart progress as well. We work closely with coaches and parents to ensure everyone is working towards the same goal – prevent injury and/or burn-out while Increasing Performance. Please call for monthly training package.
Adult Fitness / Kettle Bell Class
The Adult Fitness and Kettle Bell Classes are for EVERYONE. Our structured program can be modified based on fitness level or injury and can be challenging for even the fittest of competitors. We help you set and reach health goals and educate you along the way. We offer monthly training packages, Individual Personal Training Sessions, and Kettle Bell Classes.
